Onboarding Guide: Sales & Operations Kickstart
Welcome to the team. Your objective is simple: Generate sales for our products and book demos for our software. Use this guide every single day to stay on track.
Part 1: What You Are Selling
A. Physical Products (AllMojood.com)
We import household, kitchen, mobile, and travel accessories.
- The Goal: Drive traffic to AllMojood.com and convert visitors into buyers.
- Your Knowledge: You must know what we sell. Spend 30 minutes browsing the site. If you can’t explain why a customer should buy a “Foldable Cargo Trolley,” you can’t sell it.
B. SaaS Software (Business Management)
We help SMEs run their business. We have 6 systems:
- Accounting/Inventory/Manufacturing: For trading and factories.
- Workshop & Services: For garages and repair shops.
- Real Estate & Property: For landlords and property agents.
- Restaurant Management: For cafes and diners.
- Cargo & LCL Shipment: For logistics companies.
- Event Venue Booking: For banquet halls and meeting spaces.
Part 2: How to Do It (Your Daily Workflow)
Follow this loop every day. Do not skip steps.
Step 1: Inventory Check (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
- Open AllMojood.com. Check for new arrivals or price changes.
- Pick 3 items to focus on for the day.
Step 2: Outreach & Marketing (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- For Products: Post on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn. Use clear photos, a short description, and the website link.
- For Software: Identify 10 local businesses (e.g., restaurants, workshops). Call or message them using the templates provided below.
Step 3: Tracking & Reporting (End of Day)
- Log everything in your daily sheet. If you didn’t log it, it didn’t happen.
Part 3: The “Copy-Paste” Scripts
When selling Products:
“Hi! We’re running a special on [Product Name] at AllMojood.com. It’s perfect for [mention one use, e.g., organizing your kitchen]. You can grab it here: [Link]”
When selling Software (The “Demo” Pitch):
“Hi [Name], I’m with [Company Name]. We help businesses in the UAE automate their [Restaurant/Workshop/Property] operations to save time and stop manual errors. Would you be open to a 5-minute demo to see if it fits your needs?”
Part 4: The Golden Rules
- The 30-Minute Rule: If a lead replies with a question, answer within 30 minutes. Fast responses win sales.
- “I Don’t Know” is an Answer: If a client asks a technical question you don’t know, never guess. Say: “That is a great technical question. Let me check with our implementation team and get back to you immediately.” Then, ask me.
- Data First: If you aren’t sure what to do next, look at your tracker. Who haven’t you followed up with?
Your Daily Tracker (Keep this updated)
| Business/Customer | Service/Product | Action Taken | Status |
| e.g., Cafe XYZ | Restaurant System | Sent Intro Message | Waiting for reply |
Now, go to the website, pick your 3 products, and start your first 10 messages. Let me know when you have sent your first batch.

2. THE “NO-FLUFF” RULES (Read before starting)

- Don’t fake knowledge: If a client asks a technical software question you cannot answer, stop, note it down, and ask the office lead.
